This product is the very best conditioning balm I have ever had. I have tried dozens and they always lack something. This one hydrates and replenishes my hair and has an amazing scent. It does not leave my hair feeling greasy since it does not leave any residue. This is a game changer for me because all of the other balms I have tried from other brands do. I highly highly recommend it!

Amazing balm

I have used this conditioner for many years. It is so good for my hair. Years ago I was told by a professional that it's the best thing I could do for my hair. I have long hair and you only need a very small amount to cover your hair.  I don't mind paying more for it because you use such a small amount and it leaves my hair looking and smelling nice.

Best conditioner

I know this product is a little high in price, but it is worth it. I am a senior citizen and I have very fine, dry hair. I use a small amount of this product on my hair in the shower and my hair looks so much better. My hair is smooth and static free.

Smooth and static free results

This is really expensive. Good thing a little bit goes a long way. My hair desperately needed this. Definitely a winter hair rescue . My hair was so dry and matted the next day after washing and double conditioning. This helped calm down my unmanageable, frizzy, knotty thirsty hair. My hair feels so much softer and was much easier to comb through in the shower and after. My ends are much softer and tangle much less from static after air drying.

Winter rescue

My hair salon originally sold this item to me, but it is a much better option to purchase through Walmart.  I have white/gray hair with no hair dye at all.  I regularly use heat (hair dryer and curling irons) on my hair.  It never yellows.  I started using this product about 6 months ago.  Just about 1/2 to full dime sized dollop in my palm, rub together and rub through towel dried hair.  (I'm lazy).  I just brush and go or blow dry with the occasional curl.  This makes it look full and bright every time.  Never a frizz!  It does have a slight fragrance but barely noticeable.  I am very fragrant sensitive and would normally get a headache, but never with this.

Amazing Results on my White/Gray hair!

I use this shampoo and conditioner actually between another product that I use that's a salon product by another company. I have fine hair and lots of it and this conditioner really helps to give it a enough conditioning and detangling without it being heavy. I would recommend the shampoo that goes with this product as well for the same reasons

great conditioner for fine hair

This Matrix Biolage HydraSource has really helped my dry, damaged hair. I have been color treating it for a long time and it needed a conditioner that actually worked and I have finally found one. The HydraSource!!!

The Conditioner that Works!

I have used biolage conditioner for over 30  years.  It has changed to a conditioning balm. The packaging looks the same with the word BALM added.  The company has changed its formula and it doesn't hold a candle to the old formula.  It leaves my long hair heavy and greasy.  It builds  and my hair still feels dirty after I use it.  As much as I have loved Biolage I hate this new product.  It is expensive and I feel like a bait and switch victim.  I now have a $40 jar of grease.  I'm going to find another product.

I'm giving this one star because I can't wrap my head around the price increase. I keep looking at the description, hoping I am wrong and that this is a 2-pack. I bought this product in September 2021 and it was $18.99, so I bought 2. Am I going crazy or has this product now doubled in price?
