This shampoo and detangler helps so much so that I don't feel like ripping my hair out when I am brushing my hair. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has problems with their hair getting into knots.

Ordered the shampoo and conditioner but received two bottles of conditioner only. I checked to make sure I ordered it correctly and I had. Now I'm without my favorite shampoo and using something else. I'm returning both unused bottles of conditioner. So disappointed. What happened to quality assurance in companies? If they had just checked, they could have caught the error instead of me having to now take the time to return and do without.
