Just what I ordered. BUT the packaging was superb, each bottle was shrink wrapped and packed in bubble wrap. No broken lids, or leaking mishaps. Shipping was fast and arrived a day early.

Great hair product, best price in the market

Great value compared to retail.  Negative is that the cap loosened and I had lost a little bit of shampoo inside box.

The quality of the shampoo/conditioner is high (which is why I purchased it). However, the shampoo bottle cap was damaged, which pierced the safety cover, leading to half the bottle leaking into the bag it came in. I'm upset because tis product isn't cheap. For this price, the bottles should've come with pumps. I'll be buying pumps for the remaining shampoo.

Damaged bottle

I g absolutely REFUSE To use any  hair products  other than Matrix Biolage due to severe skin  allergies that are tremendously painful. Matrix is literally the only product that I can use without having a reaction and it makes my hair smell and feel amazing.  I gave it a 2 star rating because I ordered ULTRA hydra source and received just Hydrasource. There's a big difference but I wasn't ready to wait another week or more to get the correct ones.

Amazing product Not so great supplier

The Biolage conditioner is NOT the correct kind for what I ordered  in the picture online . I have been going through this problem at other stores with purchasing this product that I love  so much ! I am not the only person either that has had problems. It appears that the company has changed their packaging,  but it also is not the same ingredients in the bottle . The conditioner has cupuacu butter in it and aloe is not on the bottle .

I want the shampoo but not this conditioner!!!?

I started using biolage over 25 years ago and always loved it. Recently started using again a couple years ago since my hair is not what it used to be and is fine and thin. Apparently there is a difference between ultra hydrasource and regular hydrasource. I recently ran out of hydrasource (quickly since there was a hole in the bottom, thanks) and purchased this.  you eould think it would nit be disasterous. ULTRA just means more hydration, right? well in this case, i have used ut twice and my hair is falling out and dry as straw. i guess it is for thick hair so maybe there is more to lose and it just strips it dry? i can not afford to buy another two liters of product, so I guess by the time I finish these bottles, I won't have any hair, so there won't be a problem.  It is ridiculous to give the same name to two different products. Fire the person who made that marketing decision, please.
