I color my hair jet black, and this really takes the red tone out of it. I use gloves because it will stain my hands green. This peoduct really works for me.

Helped tone down the orange of a red box dye application. It's perfect now

Not mentioned anywhere for, or on, the product: make sure to use gloves! It will dye your skin, so be careful about getting product on skin (face, hands, etc.).

USE GLOVES

My hair was brown with a red undertone I didn't like. This did not take the redness away. It just made my hair darker and green where any lighter pieces were. It also stains your scalp and skin.
