I love this ice castle and I'm sure my little girls (ages 3 and 6) will too. Make sure you have time to put it together. Do not wait until Christmas morning; it will take too long. Follow the directions when putting it together and make sure you put the batteries in first.

This castle was amazing. My 5 year old got this for her birthday and it has been a huge hit. I wish it would have came with a doll but she later got one and it was no issue what so ever. She loved the fact that she could make the top part go up and down, and i have never heard " Let it go so many times" big hit with my daughter.

Takes up a lot of space, but my daughter likes it. Lots of stuff to do and keep her entertained

Walmart warehouse slapped a shipping label on the outside of the product box and shipped as is - not packaged in any kind of cardboard box for protection and concealment.

Arrived with several big holes in the box, crushed on one end, and even worse, when my daughter saw the UPS man coming down the driveway, she ran out to meet him and her major Christmas surprise was RUINED when she saw the box.

Returned it to the store without opening it - so many holes in the box and damage where it was crushed, I was worried parts would be broken and/or missing. Not to mention having to find something else for "Santa" to bring her as a surprise on Christmas morning.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Thanks to the carelessness of the warehouse, the surprise gift was ruined - in more ways than one.

I recommend the product, but if this is the way Walmart ships their product, save yourself the aggravation, and go to the store to get it.

The most horrible shipping experience

Everything with the castle was fine and I was very happy that it arrived quickly. My only complaint would be that I would have liked the box to have been a little bit protected. When it arrived the original box got damaged pretty good ,but fortunately nothing was missing or broken and thankfully my granddaughter didn't see the box , which would have spoiled her Christmas surprise.

I thought this item would be covered, or in another box of some sort. I received it exposed, all beat up, and ripped up!
It looked like someone opened it, returned it, and poorly taped it all up. The box was also crushed on all corners. I was shocked to receive it in this condition. Especially for the amount of money I spent on it!
Luckily all the pieces were there. Now I will just put it together and cover it instead of my daughter opening the box.

Terrible shipping and packaging

The product was hard to put together and my daughter was playing with it for 5 minutes and the stairs broke and the 2nd floor came apart. The whole thing snaps together and the build quality is very poor. The crank system to make the tower go up and down gets jammed every couple of turns and make a really bad grinding noise. The was double the price of Minnie Mouse Kitchen and is not worth the money.
It will be returned as soon as the store opens on the 26th.

Not very good.

They just ship in the castle box with pictures of the castle all over! Was so bummed to come home with my 5 year old to find this on my door step without a brown shipping box, especially since this is what she asked Santa for.

Warning - Don't buy from Walmart as a suprise
