I'm happy with product. solid wood, no defects or blemishes. Deducted one star because a missing washer. Otherwise perfect.

I recieved two of these very quickly, and was sad that one of the chairs had cracks in one of the rails, as well as incorrectly drilled holes that were not counter sunk. I emailed their CS email right away, but as of today, no response.
The second chair is fine, and looks great. Very comfortable.
