Used from age of 12, only foundation that works for me. Now 48 and I've heard it's being discontinued. Please tell me this isn't true as all other foundations make my skin break out. Please keep this product in number 13 or tell me that there is an alternative product coming in to replace it.

I have been using this foundation for over 20 years.. it's the only foundation that covers my port wine birthmark.. it's easy to apply feels beautiful on your skin and lasts all day. I'd be lost with out it! It's so hard  to get hold of in south Australia the last six months so I'm ordering it from overseas.. and I'm praying they never stop making it! Highly recommended it

I have been using this as well as other Max Factor foundations since the 1960s.  Easy to use, good color for me, great finish.  I buy all or most of my Max Factor products online.  I live in the USA so not available in stores any longer.  There is a reason this product has been in existence since the 1930s.

Product cannot be beat!!!

I've used the pan stik for years and now I can't get hold of one locally.  I have not tried the new product and reading the reviews I'm not going to.  Why do you have to get rid of something that worked so well for women over the years.  Also, do you respond to these reviews at all.  Maybe you could tell us all why you have discontinued the original.  Is this about more profit for you as a company?  well, you've lost me now.  I won't buy anymore products from you at all and seeing as my daughter used the original pan stick and loved it, you've lost her as well.  She's only 21.  could have had a nice consumer there for years!

I want the original back

I have been buying max factor pan stik nouveau beige number 13 for about 20 years,it is my one make up staple and is or was perfect.Bought more today as I had ran out and got 2 of the pan stik no 13 in Boots,one is my usual colour and quality but the new one is now made in Germany instead I'd Ireland and the colour and texture has changed,it is very noticibly more orange and is also shiny whereas it's usually a nice Matt beige.If this is the new product I will have to find something else after using for over 20 years! Very unhappy with the changes to the product.

Why did you change it?

I have been using the previous Panstik product since I was 15 (45 years). This new version bears no resemblance to the original. What time is the point of producing a replacement that is inferior. The skin coverage is abysmal and irritated my skin. I urge you to withdraw this “Panstik” and revert to the original.

Not true PanStik

Max Factor used to have the best color selection, and the greatest formula - Pan Stik used to cover with a beautiful finish.  Now the colors are dreadful, very drab, not bright and beautiful like they used to be, and the formula is not the same.  I found another foundation that brightens the face and looks natural, sorry to say that Max Factor will never be purchased by me again, you can keep those awful colors!

Dreadful Since It's Changed!!

Please bring back the original formula, and the original colors as well.  I just paid a fortune for deadstock #121 Nude Ivory because I have opened the last of the many items I had hoarded when you first left the United State.  #121 Nude Ivory is the perfect color for those of us who read it.  We really DO need both the formula to be restored and that color as well.  PLEASE.  You had me for life but your changes are causing me to buy only "vintage makeup."

Original Pan Stik was the best foundation, ever

What have you done max factor !! I've been using the same pan stick for years and always loved it , what's that saying if it's not broke don't mend it , the new stick is horrible and not even my old colour,  so disappointed I'm back to wasting money on trying to find a new foundation  please please bring the old one back

OMG WHY !!!!!

I have been using the old Max Factor pan stick in cool copper for at least the last 32 years & loved it. Easy to apply, great colour & coverage, tried all sorts to beat it but couldn't ever find anything better! So disappointed with the new one, it's not the same colour nor texture & it doesn't even smell the same!!! Will have to find another brand if we don't get the old ones back!
