Bought this in hopes of keeping my cat from scratching on furniture. She absolutely loves it and has stopped clawing the furniture it's tall enough for her to stretch out and scratch on. She loves the little bird on it and loves to sit on top of it. Definitely way better than shorter ones and I love the fact that she can sit on top of it too.

I brought this scratch post home, my husband put it together in a snap and there was no odor that I could detect! My cats immediately jumped on it and started scratching and playing! They love it! And what ever my cats love, I love too!

Perfection!

I thought my cats would not like the new post but I was completely wrong. They absolutely love it. Especially the bird that is attached to the top.

My cat loved this and after I got it assembled, she scratched only on this and not on the couch or other furniture that she had been scratching on.  I'm over the moon!  It was easy to put together.  It is very stable, and if any cat could knock it over, mine could.  She's very destructive.

My cats love this thing! It's as high as my hip, (I'm 5'4") so my cats can stretch as tall as their bodies can get. My one cat loves the bird that hangs from the top. Have had it for about 3mo and is holding up great. The square shape seems to be better and easier for my cats to get a good manicure. They wrap their paws around it and use it more than any other scratcher. It was very easy to put together and it looks really nice too. Very happy with this purchase, I might order another for another room.

Our cat is a big boy and he can stretch up all the way on this. He uses it regularly and loves the bird. The top is big enough that he can sit on it and look out the window. Great buy!

My once feral , now spoiled , cat is really enjoying the extra stretching room the added height has provided with this scratching post.  So far is is withstanding her punishment .  Short ,round, jute covered cat scratching posts are in her rearview mirror now.
