I received my chandelier about two months ago and I can not be happier than this every time I look at it.
My living room has turned out so elegant. The crystals are so clear and shiny and beautiful.

This chandelier is so incredibly beautiful!  It was worth every minute it took me (I put the kids to work too) to take each bag off of each strand of crystals (I didn't see any complaints about broken crystals from those who were complaining about having to take each bag off).  It was heavy, but not unreasonable.  Just get extra help or pretend that you're doing a survivor challenge and then it won't seem so bad.  Also, there are instructions for lengthening the wires, you just have to look at the instruction pictures, it tells you exactly how to do it in the picture.  Husbands, just let your wife have this chandelier, you will not be disappointed, it is AMAZING!!  It's my favorite part of the entire basement now, and my husband loves it too, after being resistant initially.

This light fixture is beautiful over our dining room table. The crystals that shine under the canopy brings the room alive. 
I will also add that the customer service department was very helpful in answering some follow up questions. I highly recommend the fixture and the company.

Beautiful Light Fixture

Beautiful! Provides amazing light and sparkle. My husband and I installed it fairly easily but was pretty heavy. Removing the bags over the individual crystals was a pain! A few came off but easy to place back on the grid. A real attention grabber!

Love these lights , they turned out better then I expected

Perfection

It is beautiful!  what a statement piece!  

The only issue thus far is that half of the baggies are attached to the hooks holding the crystals!  What a pain (literally, in the neck).   It's very disappointing and at this point feels like a never ending task.  (we had it put up yesterday by our electrician).  
It would be helpful if the baggies were more easily removed bc half of the time the crystal comes off the hook with the baggie-  it's super frustrating and time consuming.  
I can't wait to see it with all the baggies removed!

It is a beautiful chandelier! Lighting is perfect! Not too bright, just right for formal dining room. And can be adjusted to set the  mood. 4 stars because it is heavy to install and each jewel piece came wrap in its own individual plastic baggie that made it a pain to undo. Overall a very nice piece for the room.

Mesmerizing

We purchased this light for installation as a dining room lighting solution for our new home about a year ago and it has performed really well. It has great sparkle and distributes light well on the dining table. We started to experience some light flickering and a call to the Maxim customer service line provided fast efficient service and the rapid delivery, with instructions, for how to install new drivers and they arrived quickly.  I put them in quite simply and the light again works perfectly.  So glad to find a company that stands behind their product.

A substantial pendant light with lots of sparkle..

Imagine unwrapping each and every strand in this chandelier because every one is encased in a tiny ziploc bag (that has been threaded through the spindly wire that holds it up).  Then, imagine trying to follow vacuous instructions for handing said chandelier.  We got the right dimmer, unwrapped every single dangle) reinstalling many...and then couldn't determine how to lengthen the wires because there is zero guidance.  What a waste of time and money.
