wasn't sure about this .. seemed pricey for a coffee cooler.  turns out this thing is made top notch... I see why it cost that amount now and yes... worth every penny.  the first time I've had good iced coffee at home without watering it down so much it's milk and water instead of coffee.  solved the coffee crisis and I'm a happy home brewer now!

I bought as a gift for my daughter and she let me know 
“It's Amazing” mom, I just made a hot kurig coffee and used this 
Omgosh mom it worked!

I am able to make iced coffee in the keurig and chill out within a minute to be iced coffee drinkable,  I don't even use ice.

I love it!

The product itself looks big in the picture but once its on your hands its not that big (which is a good thing to put in your freezer). It produces just about a Tervis cup full, maybe a little bit more. You can get away with chilling two full loads of coffee though, so about two and a half cups full. Its easy to clean and fun just to look at the design and think about how it works. I would definitely purchase this if you pike cooled coffee. If youre unsure if you will like the product just buy it, its very cheap for what it is.

Great for cold brew coffee drinker super easy fast to use

The first time I used it, after taking it out of the freezer I heard a crackling noise. Assuming it was just the ice separating, I didn't let it bother me. But once I poured the cooled coffee into a cup, there's were pieces of something white in color floating in the coffee. I washed the product beforehand so this must have been the silver parts of the product that broke off.

I'm worried to use it now because I don't want to consume pieces from the product. Aside from that it worked great, coffee was cooled within a minute.

Product faulty

This product worked well for several months until the plastic cracked in the freezer.  Upon researching the issue, I discovered this was a known issue with a certain percentage of units.  I contacted the company and they said they would send a replacement... if I wrote a review.  Well, this is my review:

You shouldn't make people write reviews in order to replace faulty products that break shorty after purchase.  You should just replace them.  There, can I have my new Hyperchiller now?

Broke, awaiting replacement

Used it twice, intentionally under filled both water chambers because water expands as it freezes.  Just went to use it a 3rd time and as the coffee was pouring into the top, the entire plastic casing completely broke open.  Not worth the money at all!
