OK for a small volume kettle. Filling in the water needs to be below a certain level, otherwise, boiling water will overflow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Cool Touch Stainless Steel Electic Kettle,White a few weeks ago. I just love the tea kettle. I put water in to make a cup of tea and before I sat down the water was boiling. I would feel very comforable letting my young grandchildren used it without any fears. The tea kettle  can be used to make baby formula which I was very exited about because I am expected another grand child. I cleaned the tea kettle and it was just as shiny as the day I got it. Wonderful product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this electric Kettle. It heats water very quickly and the sleek design goes well with my kitchen. I've considered getting a second one to keep in my office because of how easy it makes having a cup of tea!

Great Kettle

I thought this Tea Kettle was Smaller.  I only use for one cup of tea or coffee at a time.  I like the Real looking Diamond shape on Lid.  It shines like one!  Diamonds can be a Man's Best Friend also!  But, I started buying Cubic Zirconia years back because they look just as Real, but for less Monies!  I do NOT like the Spout because you have to tip pot way down in Sink to get excess water out.  I prefer long one on my last smaller pot.  Note: To take Lid off after cooling, put hand over handle and use two fingers to lift off.  I do NOT have Long fingers, so it should work for most people.  Also, I like the Elegant Color of Kettle.  The wrap around cord at bottom is convenient and the 3 Prongs is easier to put into tight Socket compared to my last Pot. I like shorter cords in my place.

Very Elegant Kettle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous kettle (different brand) had some issues with the lining chipping off but I liked it so much I was hesitant to look for a new one.  I really like this kettle...the only downside is that the minimum line is more than I had hoped (when you only want to make one cup of tea!) and for entertaining, I wish it had a larger max capacity, but for regular day-to-day use, it serves its purpose well!

Design and idea is amazing. I wanted to like this so much. But the inside of the unit had imperfections that I cannot overlook. Sand or grit like spots were found in the stainless steel finish and scratches too. I just can't. It's $50, and I expect perfection. That said it otherwise would've been a solid item to add to my collection
