Not user friendly at all.  We are a very tech-savvy family, but the interface on this phone is quite difficult to navigate.  

We bought this to use with a redpocket prepaid plan.  We have been fighting with it for months (including several hours with red pocket support), and still have not been able to get it to work correctly.  Texts usually work (but not always).  Phone calls work sometimes, very inconsistent - one call works, the next one doesn't.  You never know when it will work.  We cannot listen to new voicemail messages at all, ever.  Once they are "saved" rather than new, then I can listen to them.  I think this is some quirk of the interface - pressing 1 on the keypad doesn't equate to the "1" the voicemail system wants.  But who knows really?  It's just totally unreliable and unpredictable.  Because things work sometimes, and not other times, it's very difficult to troubleshoot.  We are probably going to get a different phone.  $100 down the toilet, since we're outside the return period now.
