The 1 1/4" insert is slightly smaller that it should be. The loose fit causes my cargo rack to wobble. The adapter arrived 6 days after the rest of my order.

Well built, but loose fit.

It does not properly secure my bike rack to my vehicle. It creates too much length off the back of the car putting the bike rack too far behind the car.
