Love that chair!

I've always wanted a hammock but my patio would have been too crowded with a full on traditional hammock. This chair is the perfect compromise. It looks great and is quite comfortable. I got this with the accompanying stand for which you can also read my review.

Awesome

We have purchased both the Brazilian and Mayan hammock chairs and although we absolutely love both of them the Mayan is by far our favorite. We all like how it instantly moulds to your body and position and also how the breeze can surround you through the weave.
We will be purchasing more for our house as they will be great for the kids rooms. They love reading in them

EVERYONE fights over this hammock. It's called "the comfy chair" here and kids call dibs on it like it's a treasure. It's very comfy and has lasted very well through a few rainy days. I highly recommend it Quick delivery and awesome copyright in the emails too

SOOOOO Comfortable

...because my daughter uses it all the time. I put the hook up and had it unboxed and hanging in about 5 minutes. Now she sits out there every day and reads and does art in it. She says it's great and gives it 5 stars. I'm hoping someday to use it if she doesn't take it with her to college.

We found the hammocks online after issues with another supplier and are very happy with the chairs we received. Ordered online and paid for shipping to arrive via FedEx express but tracking showed canpar ground which was the only exception we had with our order as didn't have them for the event they were ordered for. We have subsequently installed and are already enjoying the hammocks. They are very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.

Retreat with a view

Adjacent to the foot of my basement stairs is a small space that I thought would make an ideal place for a reading nook. After a fruitless search for the perfect ground-based chair the space is pretty narrow I thought about the possibility of a hammock chair. It didn't take long to see that Hammock Universe's Mayan Hammock Chair was the perfect solution for my dilemna. With free shipping and a handy mounting kit and at a very affordable price this was the product for me



Now you may notice that I didn't actually use the hanging hardware which is cost-effective sturdy and easy to install for the record - this is due to the fact that I had no joist located in a central location so I did some quick math and came up with a different solution.



In the end it worked out quite well. The hammock is very comfortable and solidly constructed and both my daughter and I each enjoy sitting in it with a newly installed reading light in the ceiling. Perfect for books or naps

A Perfect Chair for a Book in a Nook

The material is soft and the chair is so comfy. My toddler and I cuddle on it together or my husband stretches out and enjoys the breeze. Even people who hate swings e.g. Grandma love this chair. I recommend it without hesitation. I also recommend the hanging kit and swivel attachment.

Great delivery service- within two days of purchase. So far hammock is very comfortable and has dried off well and retained its shape after heavy rain showers. My only disappointment is that I thought I was purchasing an item made here in Canada perhaps in the Muskokas or in B.C.
