I was new to the hammock world. I purchased one for my wife for a birthday present for out at our camp. The support to help me select the right product for my needs and situation was helpful but not pushy. A+ experience and I would easily buy again. Shipping was fast and reliable.

I had a large Mayan hammock that I had purchased in Mexico many years ago and it was starting to fall apart. I was having a hard time finding a hammock to replace it with and hammock universe had exactly what I was looking for The customer service was excellent and it arrived as described quickly. Many hours this summer and for years to come will he spent in that hammock.

Exactly what I was looking for.

I bought a hammock for my wife for her birthday well in advance of her birthday By the time she opened the gift the returns policy had expired. Of course my wife didn't like the hammock I had bought her but yet hammock universe after hearing my situation had let me exchange the hammock for no extra costexcept the cost to ship the unliked hammock backbut they shipped out the desired hammock for free. In the end my wife was happy I wrote that date down. I was genuinely impressed with the customer service that hammock universe provided to make that happen Thanks

Customer service was excellent

I love this thing so much. I slipped a disk in my back and after 1000s of dollars in physio bedding and years on meds. I slept in a hammock by pure happenstance. I had the first pain free night in years. I replaced my bed. Beds take up a lot of real estate in bedrooms. I have so much more room for my treadmill now

Beds are stupid

I have always wanted a quality hammock and did my research before I made my decision. Our hammock comfortably seats 2 adults 2 kids an infant and a shih-tsu or two adults laying side by side with ample space. We are now thinking about hammocks for each bedroom to replace our beds.

Best $ I've ever spent.

I've wanted a hammock my entire life and after moving out to the country for the first time I decided to make it happen. I was so impressed with Hammock Universe's selection price range and speed of delivery. It was incredibly easy to install and I've already enjoyed a couple of afternoons curled up in it with a book and a beer. I also ordered a set of wind chimes it was an impulse buy I thought I'd regret but I'm so happy I did They sound gorgeous. Both these elements have helped make my new house into a cozy home. So happy with my Mayan Hammock

We love our new Mayan hammock. Everyone in the family fights for time in there. I bought it for my husband who is 6'4" and it is very comfortable for him. It is so relaxing to have the Mayan style wrap around your body. The quality of the hammock is good although we unhook it and put it in the storage bag every day so it stays clean. The best part is it is so easy to unhook. I did not expect the frame to be so easy to assemble and to have a storage case for it. The light but very durable frame is easy enough to move to cut the grass. I would recommend this company and their hammocks to anyone wanting a good quality product and great design. 
I was happy to hear the frame is a universal size for all their hammocks. 
I also had a problem where I had placed the order with the wrong frame and customer service was prompt and solved all the issues instantly. It has truly been great to deal with a company on line like this as I normally do not like to buy without seeing it first. You can purchase with full confidence.

A hammock for the family

My husband has always wanted a hammock and I havee always hesitated. The ones I havee tried have been tippy and the fabric too rough to be comfortable especially in summer clothing. But this one is woven from amazing stuff that is totally cozy yet supportive. My two toddlers Boston Terrier husband and I all cuddled in it happily for ages last weekend Can not recommend it highly enough
