Application is smooth and precise with a fine tip.

Can be smooth and richly pigmented, but also watery and flaky.

I switched to this eyeliner after using Maybelline's ultra liner for YEARS!  (They discontinued the product and it was hard to find a replacement) I had already tried Revlon and a ton of other liners trying to find one that wore without fading or smudging and was easy to apply.  

HOLY COW! I love this eyeliner. It will actually stay on for two days without smudging or peeling or fading.  It is super easy to apply and the color is very deep, not a faded black.. I love it!  Highly recommend!!!!

Maybelline liquid eyeliner, is easy to use. The Brown Expression color is perfect for light skin, if you do not choose to use a darker colored eyeliner. Eyes look perfect, doesn't smear or streak.

color of brown is nice, the brush is slim and goes where  I want.Only problem is I keep getting my fingers on the container tube and this stuff is hard to wash off. But that means it stays on.

quality BROWN eyeliners are getting hard to find, most are BLACK.
this is a great product i have purchased many times before. its easy to use %26 doesn't irratate my sensitive eyes.

I guess this eyeliner from Maybelline has replaced my very favorite that I've used for 40 yrs and I am having a hard time getting used to it.  It's a bit messy.  The old Maybelline waterproof Ultra Liner went on with ease.  This product definitely stays on which makes it a bit difficult to remove. This will be great for some... Which brings me to Maybelline also not having the eye makeup remover they had for that many years as well.  Come on Maybelline don't try to fix something if it's not broken...Bring back some of your old faithful standbys for some of your old faithful customers.

Eyeliner...

I had to buy this one because stores stopped carrying the  maybelline tattoo matte, which worked great for me and my favorite. This particular one though is not as black nor matte as my favorite one.  I really like the precision tip  though, and  the liquid is  not clumpy.

First time for eye liner for me in a long time. A lot better price than my old liner at is now $20.00 . This is priced much better. I just have to practice a bit now.

I used Maybelline ultra liner for over 2 decades. But they discontinued it and so i bought thus Tatoo studio dip-ink liner as a replacement since it is the same brand. The liner leaves a black mark on my eye lids after just 2 hours. i am embarassed by this black mark and can be seen when I blink my eyes. pla brinf back the Ultra liner.
