I have been using this mascara for about 5 years now since swapping over from a competitor who discontinued the mascara I had been using since my twenties! Glad I found Cat Eyes, it took me a while to find the perfect substitute for what I was using but this one ticks all the boxes it's actually slightly better than what I was using because it's easier to remove! For the ladies that find it hard to remove please use coconut oil it takes it all off, leaves the skin moisturised and doesn't pull out the lashes & it smells pretty good too! xx

Like many others, my mom passed the Maybelline mascara gauntlet to me. She started me on the classic pink and green tube and it was my staple until I found this one. It's PERFECT. The classic, foolproof Maybelline formula but with this curved brush it curls, fans, and separates my eyelashes like nothing else (I tried many other mascaras before accepting that my mom was right). I've seen it low in stock or gone from some stores and I will be DEVASTATED if it gets discontinued forever. PLEASE TRY IT AND PLEASE MAYBELLINE KEEP MAKING IT!!!

The ONLY mascara I will ever use!

I used this mascara a while back. I've tried others and mos I'm back to my old favorite. 
I really like this mascara %26 I luv the curvy brush!!

Maybelline VolumeExpress Colossal Mascara

I have been using this mascara for over 5 YEARS. It is the ONLY mascara that actually keeps my curl. It doesn't transfer or flake-- and lasts for over 12 hours at a Florida Disney Park. There is not one thing bad to say about this. Price point is perfect! A picture is worth a thousand words!

This mascara is BOMB!

I love this product and I was using it straight for 5 years. I recently purchased it and the applicator comes off every time I open it. Plus the brush is not curved as usually. I don't know if I just bought am error make or it just went worse. So sad cause now I will have to look for a new mascara! And it took me years to find this! :(

I don't  usually write reviews, however I do believe the company should know when a good product fails it's customer. I loved the colossal volume cat eyes mascara, however the last three times I purchased it, the applicator snapped out of the lid. Then I had to dig it out with a pair of tweezers and snap it back in the lid to finish my morning makeup. This created a mess on my tweezers and on my hands. I have finally come to the decision that I can no longer spend money on a product that I throw in the trash halfway full out of frustration. I will search for a similar product with competitors in hopes to find the great look at provided.   I hope the company works to improve this packaging failure so it does not lose revenue on this great product due to poor packaging choices.

Good product, poor applicator

I've used this mascara almost everyday for yearsss and the past two times I bought it, my lashes were not the same. :( the brush is now straight, not curved and the bottom says x902 and the old one was x703

Change it back!!

The bristles on the brush does not extend to the end of the wand. There are no bristles  at the end and the sharp point can cause damage to the eyes. it actually scratched my lid. The quantity is not at all satisfactory. You have to turn it upside down to get any of the prduct. Worse of all, the product size has been decreased and the price has increased. I cannot say anything good about this product anymore. Dollar store products are suprisingly a better buy. I'm disappointed that this is being sold. Shame on you Maybelline.

Save your money.

I got the make up in my mail. It had been open and I think the makeup pageant used a lot because it was dry, but I threw the package away and decided to use it later, but I really think it was used because the package was open a little bit where I can open it up disparately you can sleep in the in or out of the package so I don't know about it if it was good or not
