I've tried a lot of spice blends over the years, but McCormick Gourmet™ All Natural Garam Masala Blend really stands out. The aroma alone is warm, complex, and inviting—exactly what you want from a garam masala. It strikes a nice balance between sweet and savory spices, without any one flavor overpowering the others.

I've used it in curries, roasted vegetables, and even sprinkled a little into soups, and it consistently adds depth without needing to measure out a dozen individual spices. The quality feels noticeably higher than standard blends, and I appreciate that it's all-natural with no unnecessary additives.

If you're looking for a convenient way to elevate everyday dishes with authentic flavor, this is definitely worth keeping in your pantry.

Easy to use and taste great

McCormick.com

Thank you for let me try this product for free in exchange of my review. I like the glass bottle so I can see how much product left inside. Easy openning with one hand so make cooking so much easy. The ingredient is so fresh and smell so good. I make all kind of dishes with this garan masala. The price is good too and it's also make with non GMO.

Easy opening and fresh ingredient

I picked this up on a whim while making chicken tikka masala at home and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The blend is really well balanced — you get that warm depth from the cardamom and cloves without any one spice overpowering the rest. A lot of store-bought garam masalas can smell great in the jar but fall flat in the dish, but this one actually held up and added a really nice complexity to the sauce. I used about a teaspoon and a half and it was spot on. For the price and availability you really can't beat it. Will definitely be keeping this one stocked in my pantry.

It's pretty great

Not only does this seasoning smell amazing, it tastes amazing! This seasoning is easy to use. It has High-end spices that are perfectly blended. This is the perfect blend for chicken or even beef. I have tried on both meats and sprinkled on jasmine rice.

True Blend

I received this item for free through BzzAgent sampling program. This masala spice is true to its flavor. It is what I would expect from masala spice. It is very strong and has a lot of aroma. It goes well with my dishes that requires a huge punch. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a strong masala spice

Very authentic!

I'm not super familiar with Indian or South Asian cooking, so when I saw this online I was curious to try it. The rich, deep flavor is a really interesting mix of herbs but with a light kick at the end. You only need a little bit of it to upgrade anything you're cooking. I started with chicken, and then stir fry, but you can add it to almost anything you want, like to add a kick to avocado toast, without overpowering the other flavors. What I also like about this blend is that it combines different herbs and spices that I wouldn't otherwise stock individually, so it's the ideal amount of each in one bottle without the hassle of measuring. If you want to try something new, expand your horizons and upgrade your usual cooking, I recommend checking out this out.

Helped me take my regular home cooking to the next level

A must try! I highly recommend trying McCormick Garam Marsala. I recently used it on steak fajita tacos with handmade tortillas, and it significantly enhanced the flavors of both the vegetables and steak. I wish I had discovered it sooner, as it truly elevated the dish.

A must try!

This is a wonderful, delicately balanced blend. It of course makes a fantastic curry but is delicious in compound butter with grated garlic, which I use on everything from toast to veggies.

(I received the product as part of a promotion but opinions are my own)

Delicious Spice Blend

I have never purchased garam masala so I wasn't quite sure how to add it to the foods I cook. I made a few dishes like chaffles and rice that I thought it might be a good addition to. The taste was very clean and gave the dishes such depth without the normal bitterness that comes with most bottled spices. I'll definitely be purchasing more from this line and trying even more recipes with garam masala!

A new spice to add to the rotation

This has a warm and tasty flavor without being too spicy. I used it on my chicken breast, and it was perfect! I'll be using it for more in the near future.

If you want to try Indian-style cooking at home, this is a simple and reliable spice blend to have in your kitchen. It's flavorful and easy to use.

Delicious!

Unfortunately I couldn't use this one. As soon as I opened the jar I started sneezing and having a reaction. I closed it back up and plant to offer it to a friend who might really love it.
