I love this machine,powerful steam,lots of accessories  to clean anything,o have never seen my bath and stainless  kitchen sparkle. I use it all over my home, great for cleaning almost anything  with powerful jet  that melts dirt dust grime, grease, muck you name it just have lots of clean rags time. Now January  10 2021 my steamer seems to have died mere 6 months after purchase,  I'm hearbroken. I   need that machine to keep my home sparkling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this steamer with some trepidation as a replacement for an out-of-production,special purpose "Weed Steamer" that finally stopped working.  (My old weed steamer was a great way to avoid wear on my aging knees and the use of herbicides on a small urban back yard covered in paving stones and a tree box on the street.)  I was concerned by the lack of special purpose tools for weed steaming, but the triangular tool and attachment work just fine. I'm especially impressed by the water capacity and the instaneously  and continuously available steam.  The unit seems well designed, with convenient management of the generously long power cord and steam hose.  The extension wand is plenty long enough for my 6' 4" height. I also appreciate the availability of replacement tools and parts on their web site.

Worth the Additional Price

Very pleased with steamer… recently moved and it helped immensely from bathrooms to inside appliances and more. Wish the plastic  hoses were a little thicker more sturdy but overall beats endless scrubbing to get germs and grime

I like this steam cleaner machine the best for a good price. Very very excelent cleaner for sanitize everything inside the house and keep clean. Highly recommended.

We have all tile floors and have tried other steamers. we have only used it a couple times so far and love it! My husband took the attachment to the shower tiles and wow! You do have to drag/wheel around the base but worth it.

Wish the water tank had a level indicator,  because if you run out of water, the unit will be toast.

Choose a smaller one

After spending many hours researching steam cleaners, I decided to get the McCulloch MC1385, and it  arrived several days before  scheduled, which was good.  I was so excited to get it unboxed, which was very easy, I only had to install the handle and decide which of the many attachments I would try first.  After pouring  64 oz of water in the machine, which was also easy, I was ready to get to work.  I plugged in the machine, pushed the "on switch", and nothing!  I tried 4 different electrical outlets, and still nothing.  When I unplugged the unit, the plug was extremely HOT!  First thing Monday morning I called McCulloch and relayed my experience with their machine.  The customer rep was very kind and almost immediately told me to cut the electrical cord one inch from the base, take of picture of the cut cord and a picture of the silver tag on the back of the machine, and send to the manufacturer.  When she receives the pictures a new machine will be issued.  I haven't gotten my new one yet but when I do I will most certainly come back for a review of my new McCulloch MC1385.

What happened to quality assurance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could give this a 0 I would. I got it to clean the grout as I've tried several other things and I just can't get it clean. I saw some reviews and figured I'd give it a try. It didn't do a thing to the grout. I wiped the floor up with a towel and there wasn't any dirt on it. Very disappointing for a costly machine.

did not work went i took out the package and havent recieved a replacement
