This mount is very well made and ultra low profile (1/2 inch from surface). However, the buyer must understand that the anchors must be pre-set due to not being able to use most tools to tighten after mounting. You must attach the mount to the TV and then lift the TV and mount onto the anchors. The mount has keyhole wall attachment points which will slide over the pre-set anchors and then lower approx. 1/4 inch into the narrower top of the keyhole. Anchor placement has to be close to perfect or you will not get it to slide over them. I used the mount itself as a template.

I mounted a 24 inch Sharp Roku TV (Approx. 10 pounds) on my concrete patio wall by drilling and inserting plastic anchor points and then threading in #10 eye screws which will only let the mount slide over them when in a vertical position. I then turned them to horizontal using a very long pair of needle nose pliers. Works for me and I love the close placement to the wall.

The Roku TV allows me to stream video via my wifi and cable via Sling Box, so no cabling or extra wireless cable box was needed. I did pre-attach an HDMI cable before mounting in case I ever do want to hook up a device such as a Blu Ray player, without having to unmount the TV.

This was suggested in a search, stating that it was good for a 40" television . It has been taking the longest to return this item. Do don't buy anything Wayfair that needs to go thru Walmart.
