I've used Free Sole for over twenty years. My primary use is to rebuild the heels of my shoes. It also can be used for other things. I repaired an ice cube tray that had a crack in it with Free Sole. And a couple of places on my former running shoes, now my walking shoes, where the toe mesh was separating from the solid part of the shoe, keeps my shoe together.

Free Sole is Super!

Works great! The sole of my boot was coming apart. I used this and I have had no problems since. You do not need alot to get the job done. Wish I know about this mon the ago..could have saved a couple pairs of shoes!!

Boot Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appears to work well. The tube is a little unwieldy to use. If you do decide to follow the storage instructions and keep it in the freezer, I recommend thawing at room temperature before using. A little goes a long way and it appears to expand as it cures.

Works well

It's been a couple week since the repair and the repairs has held just fine.

It works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works great

Glued work boot soles back on. Worked very well. Still intact after 1 month.

Great Product

Sole in my 9-year-old's almost new hiking boot came loose, and Freesole Shoe and Boot Repair seems to have done the trick. First time I was ever able to actually repair this kind of problem.

It works!

This material is far superior to "Shoe Goo" for the repair of tennis shoes. It is slightly more difficult to work with in that it takes more time to cure, but it is much more abrasion resistant than the "Goo". A great product!

Extend the life of tennis shoes

Perfect for wide range of boot repairs soles, seams and toes. Wears like iron but gives like original sole material. Follow instructions and go slow using multiple layers versus thick layups.

Boot extender.

Its NOT Freesole!

mcnett 117570 1 oz. freesole shoe repair tube — front-facing blister pack showing a 1 oz white tube labeled FREESOLE with an orange Gear Aid header, instructional icons depicting rebuilding toe caps and re-bonding separated soles, and product text noting a urethane formula for durability and flexibility; often used for quick hiking-boot sole repairs.
