If you do decide to follow the storage instructions and keep it in the freezer, I recommend thawing at room temperature before using. A little goes a long way and it appears to expand as it cures.

I've used Free Sole for over twenty years.  My primary use is to rebuild the heels of my shoes.  It also can be used for other things.  I repaired an ice cube tray that had a crack in it with Free Sole.  And a couple of places on my former running shoes, now my walking shoes, where the toe mesh was separating from the solid part of the shoe, keeps my shoe together.

Great Adhesive

Works great! The sole of my boot was coming apart.  I used this and I have had no problems since. You do not need alot to get the job done. Wish I know about this mon the ago..could have saved a couple pairs of shoes!!
