I knew I ordered a very cheaply made item, that was okay. The board was what I expected. What I did not expect is for the trim work to be cracked and broken off from the mailing package. It was torn on the corner and the board was broken. Walmart, you need to package the products more securely. This was your fault, not the manufacturer's.

You get what you pay for.

Item arrived broken and only got worse from there when I thought I fixed it and hung it up it broke even more, falling off the wall and everything. I'd take it back but that's worth your life.

I would really have liked this product, but, it is poorly packed and both of my shipments were broken, and beyond use. Until they reinforce the packaging or make a better frame I would not recommend this to anyone. Wal-Mart did stand behind it and make good on the transaction, so there is no complaint there. I wound up buying two smaller boards at a Super Center.

Returned Twice

Ordered the first time and it came in damaged. Returned at the local store, re-ordered AGAIN. Well, of course, came in damaged AGAIN. The product WAS NOT packaged properly and corners were smashed and another part broken.

Installed bulletin board per instructions and it stayed on the wall 30 minutes before crashing down to the floor. The frame around the heavy bulletin board cannot hold the weight of the board and the hanging hooks are cheap. Now I have two holes in the wall and no bulletin board. Will have to build my own frame to rehang this HEAVY board.

Pickup was ready two days after date provided during ordering.  I understand, it's right before Christmas and everyone is busy.   
But when the box was opened two of the corners were damaged.  The product was unusable and was returned. 
Now ordering a replacement of the same part.  Hopefully better care will be taken and it will arrive intact.

The corkboard was not wrapped/packaged properly. It had damage to a corner and the edging on one side was cracked. It will have to be returned.

Right price, wrong quality.  The box was intact, no dings, no tears, and no wrinkles.  

The bulletin board, however, came out of the box in 6 pieces:  broken and cracked frame pieces with the board missing an entire corner. 

It went right back to the store.

Based on other reviews, this is normal operating procedures that includes an uncorrected deficiency.
