Medical Shower Chair

At first, it worked fairly well, but it was never level and rocked. My Mother is 140 lbs. The two legs outside of the tub bent backwards and she slid into the floor. I am going to be asking for my money back on this. She was only bruised but she could have been hurt badly. She isn't so heavy that this should happen.
