It's incredible how it can extract enough milk in minutes and the best thing is that you don't need to use your hands since they work on their own. In addition, they are much more comfortable and effective and you can have them without problems inside your bra without having to lift or open your blouse somewhere, everything is more practical and private. They are very easy to clean and their controls are very useful to handle your extractor. They have two chargers and 4 extra accessories to change in your extractor they are perfect and I love their size

The suction is strong and effective, but still comfortable, and the battery lasts well through pumping sessions. It comes with different flange inserts, which makes it easier to find the right and comfortable fit. The pumps feel well made, and the design is compact and beautiful. I was able to pump successfully and then feed the expressed milk to my daughter. Another big advantage is how easy everything is to take apart, wash, and put back together. The parts clean quickly, which is especially important when you are using a pump regularly. Overall, it is a practical, effective, and thoughtfully designed wearable breast pump.

Portable and durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a busy mom with a very busy baby who has decided that nursing undistracted is for the birds. I rely on portable pumps to keep up with her while still maintaining my supply. So far, I've really enjoyed using these Melody InBras by Medela! The interface is super easy to use with varying levels of suction that you can toggle up or down. It's easy to assemble and clean with just a few small parts that can be easily popped into my bottle washer and sterilized. The build is well done, so the motors are powerful as far as portable pumps go and still give me a decent output. Reliable, comfortable, and supply maintaining. I recommend them!

Comfortable and give good output

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this breast pumps, they work very well and recollect the milk easy and quickly without needing to turn up the intensity too high. They are comfortable to wear inside a bra but they are noticeable and do make the Brest pumps characteristic sound. The motor is not too heavy

Good option for breast pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super comfortable and by for the quietest wearable pump that I've used. It's great for discreet pumping, but I don't get quite as much output as I'm used to with my regular pump. Still a great convenience option. ￼￼

Super quiet and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get and try this new wearable pump by Medela. I love the slim profile of the pumps, it makes pumping much more discreet and less cumbersome than most of the other wearables on the market. I also love the fact that there are not an excessive amount of pieces to wash after every pumping session. The milk collection cups are easy to read so you exactly how much milk you have collected, and the pumps have a screen on them so you can see what suction setting you are on, how long you have been pumping, and when the modes change all without needing to look at your phone (which is a huge win in my book). 

I wanted to love the pump but unfortunately I needed a smaller flange size than what is offered. I looked to see if I could order a smaller flange but they do not go lower than a size 21mm at this time, which is too large for my 15mm nipples. From what I could tell the suction was great, however it just hurt my breasts due to the over sized flange. I tried to insert my silicon flange inserts that I use with my current pump but unfortunately they didn't work with the Medela pump. 

If you have larger nipples give it a try! I'm sure you will not be disappointed. However, for all the smaller nip girlies out there. I would continue to look unless Medela begins to offer smaller flange sizes.

Hands free is the way to be!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the convenience of having the cups in my bra while I'm able to go about doing household tasks. I also like that you could control the pumps separately. The amount it can hold is enough for me as I produce just enough for my baby and nothing more. The parts are easy to take apart however, the milk holder itself is a little bit difficult to wash by its design. 

Furthermore, when it's time to empty out the container into a bottle, it's difficult to get the last remaining parts of milk that's left because it kind of doesn't really slope so that you can empty out all of your milk. As a just enougher, that upsets me because I need every last drop. Breastmilk really is liquid gold and I need to be able to get all of it. ￼

Good for a backup pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are some attributes about the Melody InBra that I really liked, such as the quality and construction of it. It's very easy to disassemble, clean, and put back together. However, the pump just didn't work for me. I wore it for 20 minutes and only got half an ounce on one side and nothing on the other. Normally in a similar session I'd get at least 4 ounces. I think this was because of the flange insert size. I normally take a 17mm flange, but this pump only came with 21mm at the smallest. If you wear a larger flange size though, this pump may be for you!

Didn't work for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Medela Melody InBra is quieter and less bulky than my other wearable pumps and removes milk more efficiently. It isn't as effective as my primary pump, but that's to be expected for a wearable. 

I wish this pump came with a case or travel baggage to keep everything together when not in use, but I appreciate that the pumps use USB-C so it's easy to find a charger if I need one while on the go. I also wish it came with smaller flange inserts because all the ones provided are way too big.

The plastic collection cups have a slight yellow tint to them, which makes them seem old/cheap in my opinion, but it doesn't impact the function in any way. I will say that they are slightly difficult to pour from without making a mess, especially if you're traveling and don't have a clean surface to set everything down. 

I can fit all the parts in my bottle washer at one time, but the valves are so tiny that they always end up lost on the bottom. After running the drying cycle of my bottle washer, the inside of the collection cups remain wet for a long time and I end up having to transfer them to a drying rack for a day or two before putting everything away in a ziploc bag. For that reason, I don't think this pump would be great for daily use, but if you just need a wearable occasionally, it's a good choice because it isn't too bulky and doesn't have all the extra frills that I find annoying, like needing to connect to an app.

Effective, no frills wearable pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like these. But I was totally disappointed. The only things I liked about these pumps was how they fit in my bra how easy it was to turn them on and off see the minutes and the suction level. But these pumps just did not work for me. I am currently 11 months postpartum and have been pumping for most of this time and have never gotten a supply so small from a pump. I honestly think it's because of how the flange fits. The part around the flange does not meet the flange- it's lifted above it, so all the pressure is going on the nipple/areola which literally left a crease mark and was cutting into my skin. It was painful. I barely got an ounce from each side and I almost always get 3-5 depending on the time of day. I was so excited about these and now I don't even know what to do with them, because I would not recommend them to anyone… if I could make some recommendations. Make the entire part that fits on the breast flush not lifted around d the nipple. Also make the flanges it more accessible sizes. None of the sizes fit me and were so painful.

Would NOT RECOMMEND
