These are much more comfortable than the full sized pads and just as absorbent. The only downside I've observed is that the adhesive will come off onto clothing but I've not found a nursing pad of any kind that doesn't share this issue.

I was tired of shoving tissue and paper towel in my bra and needed a better solution. These pads have saved me from embarrassment and excessively soiling my clothes! I'm surprised how much liquid it can hold. The sticky backside also helps put it in place. I enjoy that each pad is individually wrapped so I can store it in my purse, diaper bag, car, drawers, etc.

I bought another brand a couple months ago and decided to compare the Medela. I like these way more because of the adhesive is stronger so I dont have to use a bra to keep them in place.

I love that they are perfectly thin and absorb a lot!

Perfect thinness!

I like how the pads are ultra thin. However, they are kinda too small.  But overall, they are worth it.

Worth it!

I like the thickness of these pads. They are thick enough for coverage and leak protection but thin enough to not add bulk. However, I very much dislike the asymmetrical shape. It makes them fit weird and they are hard to place correctly.

Good at being thin and absorbent, but the glue sometimes stays in the clothes.

I used avent, lansinoh before. Those were so much better, specially Lansinoh. I'm regretting now for buying this. It's too thin, get wet too soon. And it gets wrinkled and folded in a while. I've to change it so frequently. Never gonna buy this again

Too thin, get folded & totally useless

The pads arent very sticky compared to other brands. They move around quite a bit in your bra or top. Sometimes the glue is left back inside your clothing.
