My daughter wears size 10-12 in Children and she's very tall. So the Size TWEEN 12-14 fit her PERFECTLY and she absolutely LOVED IT!  So the outfit definitely Needs to be worn with leggings or thick tight. Would give 5 stars but The chain on the hooded cape needs to be quite a bit longer cuz it almost to tight for comfort. And it arrived almost 2 weeks early
