My seven year old niece loves Pokemon, so I bough her this set and her brother a different set for Christmas gifts. Great price! I know Fiona will love it and I love that it helps kids use their imaginations!

It was easy for my boys to build and they enjoyed. I highly recommend and will be adding more sets to our collection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son absolutely loves his set!!!  It took us quite a while to put it all together with so many pieces. (It doesn't help he opened all the bags and mixed them together when i went to get a drink. LOL) i was hoping it would come more Organized than it did. The bags are numbered. But i wish each thing to build was in a separate bag. The only Other issue i had was our pikachu keeps falling apart the blocks to build him don't connect good for some reason. Otherwise this is a great set!! Will definitely buy more soon. And they are compatible with our lego so that is a plus!!!

Nice set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this a few minutes before leaving on a 10 hour car trip. It held my 8 year olds attention for hours as we drove. He was able to build multiple Pokémon with this one kit.  The box was the perfect size that doubled as a lap table. My 6 year old daughter even had fun building with it.

I was shocked on how fast it took to build it. I thought it was going to be difficult, but the direction LITERALLY walk you thru it step by step. I highly recommend this set.

Easy and fast to build

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is really fun. It was a little hard to put some of it together as the instructions weren't necessarily easy to follow.  But overall it didn't take too long to put together and we had so much fun with this set. There were parts of this set that I absolutely loved like Pikachus magnifying glass turns by his head, his tail wiggles and the hat can be turned.

My son likes lego's but is not good at it like some kids may be. So it took out help to get it together. Which is alright, makes it a family project.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy was sent to me to review. My 7 year old upon receiving this toy was thrilled with the set. Upon opening there were many small pieces. Although the bags were labeled with which goes first, the manual was still a bit hard to follow for him. We sorted the pieces by color and when he started to put them together he automatically had trouble connecting the pieces. He typically builds LEGO blocks so he is use to building toys. These blocks were harder to connect due to the size. He needed an adults help. The features of Pikachu were cute and nice since the parts were movable, but also easy to fall apart. The set has nice features such as the cups falling into the sink. After building with help; which with other brand building sets he does not need, he decided it will be a display toy since the blocks were so fragile. It looks nice as a display.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son saw the box and was super excited, but unfortunately that excitement turned to frustration pretty quickly once he started to build the set. The set itself looks really cool, especially if you have a Pokemon loving child. He is a skilled builders with LEGO bricks, and he was pretty frustrated with the instructions, as well as how the pieces were grouped in the packages. Once he found all the pieces for each step, the bricks did not fit together easily and were constantly popping off when adding the other pieces to complete the step. Meanwhile other pieces couldn't be pulled apart if mistakenly put together in the wrong direction. Even I was unable to separate them. Needless to say, he gave up on the set after about 15 minutes of frustration and hasn't picked it back up
 since.  Cool concept, but poor quality.

Fun idea, but not so great execution
