WOW WOW WOW !!! we received this server and warmer this morning and put it to use right away. After rinsing manufacturing dust off we cooked crepes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and hash brown potatoes and placed them in the warmer as the kids were sleeping. The warmer kept everything at the desired temp and the food never lost any flavor because it became cold. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something similar for their kitchen.

This worked very well for our purposes.  We did not use the sectional trays since we were not using it as a buffet server as much as a food warmer on a timer.  For our purposes that was excellent.  Good heat adjustment and worked super well on a timer.  Food was nice and hot and ready to eat.  Recommend it.
