For Asians who make Roti it's great for that as well but when it warms up the temp slows down so you have to watch out for temp otherwise the top gets cold and it will make roti hard so wait for it to get hot again to make paratha or roti. It's easy to clean and not messy at all.

I absolutely was very pleased with size of the crepe maker-leaves a lot of options to try ! I also liked the fact that this device's temperature can be controlled with the turn of a knob and light indicators that let you know when it has reached the correct temperature you have set ....
