Perfectly square, stylish, flat top for drink cups, SILENT operation. I have it up on a table because its shorter than I need, bad back.  I didn't read the instructions so I had no ice cold water the first night. Switches are on the top back. I love it, and now I dont have to rent a unit or pay delivery. 
One thing could be improved: it has no light when you're dispensing. Otherwise pretty perfect.

There are many discrepancies in the manual compared to the unit itself. The manual is general. It does not differ between the models. Otherwise, I would have rated it higher.

Worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No more having to buy cases of bottled water...cold drink when you want it and hot water for tea, hot chocolate, etc. Love the bottom loading and don't have to lift to put on top. Slim and looks good with decor.  Great for the price!

Great Water Dispenser

I've had this for 12 days and it stopped working. I'm returning it.

Stopped cooling after 12 days

Won't work I called for help they didn't even try to help just said it must be an internal error return it.
