Wheel Cleaning

Value For Money

Tire Shine

Dust Removal

Can be effective on dirt, but may struggle with finer particles.

Offers good value compared to similar products.

Wear gloves… if this gets on your fingers it will be harsh on your skin… but it will clean your rims and tires like never before… spray on, by the time you spray all four tires, use water to rinse off. Makes my tires look new, rims too. Spoiler alert, my pic will also show my tire with tire shine on it.

This stuff works. Rims, not wheel covers.

walmart.com

Well I cannot tell you how this stuff cleans wheels and tires… what I can tell you is how it cleans greasy appliances and cabinets!!! FABULOUSLY!!! Saw a guy on YouTube using to clean a rental house set of cabinets that had years of grease buildup, so I tried it in kind of the same situation. With just a little scrubbing with a non scratch sponge, cabinets and stove sparkled! Be sure to test it on your wood first, but worked great for mine!

Cuts grease!

This stuff works so good that it even made my nasty tire brush look new again. It foams really good, just shoot from a distance and try to keep it off of the paint. Does overspray a little but that doesn't matter when it cleans this good. Would definitely recommend. I bought this after watching the Project Farm YouTube video.

So Good That It Cleaned My Tire Brush Too

This is the best wheel cleaner on the market in my opinion. This stuff is excellent. I spray the wheel down (dry) and let it sit a few minutes I wipe away brake dust and grease with a microfiber towel and respray hard to remove spots the second spray usually takes whatever was holding off. This is great wheel cleaner on alloy wheels. I have purchased some expensive wheel cleaners but never the same results as I have with Maguire's. I go to McGuire's for all my tire cleaning.

I love this product

this product really works. I had Grime on my rims that had been there for years. made them look like new. how to use a little scrubbing though because of the time lapse of cleaning them. I recommend this product

Solid performance from this wheel and tire cleaner. Spray it on and within a few seconds it starts to turn brown as it breaks down the dirt on the wheels and tires. You do have to agitate with a brush of some kind it does not remove dirt without agitation (i haven't found a wheel cleaner that removes all dirt without agitation). The dirt and grime come off pretty easily. This is not an iron remover so it will not get rid of embedded iron in your wheels but if you keep your wheels clean you don't need an iron remover with this product (I tested with meguiars iron removal product).

Solid performer at this price

This stuff is amazing. I am a big believer that nothings beats a tire brush and a lot of elbow work. I have always done that. Nothing beats that kind of effort. I was given this stuff and I applied it to my tires and you actually can see the dirt, oil grease and anything else that is on the tire just come off. It is unbelievable! I kid you not!

Does a nice job of getting dirt and brake dust off car tires. Usually don't need a brush, which is a plus.

It's a clean machine

The product is effective to remove dirty on the wheels. However, the chemical is so strong thay it may also stain your hands and fingers if it accidentally gets on your skin. The nozzle and the trigger are not designed well that the clean may leak from there. Wearing the gloves is strongly recommended.

Can clean wheels but if there's any contact with contact from driving, a streaky white residue is left on wheels. Disappointed.

Leaves white residue on wheels

Meguiar's® Hot Rims™ Wheel & Tire Cleaner G9524C centered front view showing the labeled bottle alongside a 3/4 view of an alloy wheel and tire; white foam clings to vertical spokes and the tire sidewall, dissolving brake dust and road residue on clear‑coated rims.
