[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Meguiar's Gold Class Shampoo makes a lot of amazing thick foam, this is perfect for having all bugs and hard dry dirt come off and soften. It makes it all be easily removed with a water hose afterwards. You don't need to use so much liquid to create a lot of foam, the whole 1 gallon will last quite a lot of washes. I'm very pleased with the results and the performance.

If it is - it is very light. My car is shiny after using this shampoo. Bottle is huge, will be more than enough for me.

Great car shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has used Meguiar's product on all our cars, trucks and rv's.  This is the first time using Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner.   The container has 128 ounces so it will last many washings.  It makes a foaming wash when mixed with water in the bucket.   In the instructions it states to use the car wash in the shade, which is hard to do in the Florida sun.  My husband found it difficult to remove the spots on the windows and sun roof before it dried.  After washing and drying the car had a nice shine and looked great. I would recommend using this product.

Did clean the car nicely, shinny.

I agree with all reviews here that it's sudsy, smells good, and leaves an acceptable shine.  BUT, you better not let your car go unwashed for more than 2 weeks as it will NOT remove any old dirt (tree sap, bird dropping splatter, etc). 
In my experience this liquid is just plain water with some lustering ingredients. All in all, this product does not accomplish what it is meant to do: REMOVE DIRT
If you care about suds, good smell(while washing) and shine then this product is for you. But if your objective is to remove dirt and prolong the life (looks) of your vehicle (which is what I mostly care for) you will be disappointed.
If there is any value to this product is the acceptable shine it gives to the car. Well, whereas shine attributes are 100% contributive to good looks (which is perfectly fine) they provide zero protection from the elements.
