I purchased right before Christmas. I misread the expedited shipping and was so bummed when it said it would be arriving after. I called and it was too late to cancel the order. The woman I spoke to was so nice and my Oder actually arrived in two day just before Christmas. My kids absolutely love it. It's adorable all of their products are!! So beyond happy with my purchase and with Melissa and Doug's customer service!!

A little smaller than expected but still nice. Kids have enjoyed it.

I love the concept. I am on the second set which is also damaged. How do I go about getting a discount? I cannot reorder, her birthday is tomorrow. I will attempt to contact customer service, please advise if you have an avenue that can benefit my quest. This is not good.

So sad to report we are having quite the challenge with putting this together...for the price we paid to gift this to our son on his birthday we are very displeased...we received 2 copies of steps 5-20 but are missing steps 1-4 as well as 21-28 :( we can't figure out where the D wooden piece goes

Missing instructions

My kids (2 and 5) are having a great time playing with all of the little gadgets that come with this, but they can't really play with the whole center because there were no instructions or hardware included. Missing instructions one can deal with, but missing screws, that's a first! Also, it seems the blood pressure cuff is a tad small (it doesn't even fit my 2 yr-old). My 2 yr-old was so happy to receive this for his birthday.... BIG bummer when we couldn't put it together! Now what do I do?
