This couch is surprisingly nicer than I expected. It looks really nice too in person for the price. Another futon I had in the past was not comfortable to lay on because you could feel the board in the middle underneath, but that's not an issue with this one. I've slept on it a couple times and it's fairly comfortable.

It's great for small places. It's a little bit uncomfy if you lay on it for a long time but not bad to sit on. Mine arrived in perfect condition and the legs are in the back part zipped up for those who said the legs are missing. It was very quick and easy to assemble. I will say if you're taking it up any steps, it's much easier to just push the box up steps than try to carry it lol. It's 83lbs so get some help if you need to take it up steps. Otherwise dragging it into my house wasn't difficult. 

 I love how the sides bend up so I can be propped up a bit while reading a book. The center part you can definitely feel that it's harder/more uncomfortable but that's to be expected how it's put together. I like that I can use it as an extra bed for somebody to stay the night if need be. Not bad at all for the price considering it's a sofa and a bed and doesn't just look like a cheap futon. Hope it lasts a while!

Highly recommend!

it came fast, cheapest for what i was getting and was super easy to assemble. im happy with it! ignore the clutter, just moved, and im still unpacking.

Perfect as a spare bed in my office room. It's definitely firm, but with pillows and blankets, it was comfortable. Comfortable to sit on and easy to put together. I've found myself taking a couple naps on it and haven't had any issues. For the price, you're getting a good deal. 

One con: the armrests seem like they could get broken if kids jump on them/someone puts their whole weight on them. To avoid this, I just lay the armrests flat when my six year old is playing in my office and we've had no issues.

Good Value for a Futon

For the price it's very nice. As with most futons it's not the comfiest but it's not bad like other ones I've been on. It's very easy to assemble alone just hard to flip over onto its legs. Oh there's also a pocket underneath where they put the legs during shipping which I think is perfect to store sheets for the futon so that's also a plus in my eyes. I would definitely recommend this futon to anyone needing something simple to sit on and sleep on that's in a good price range.

Nice futon

I read other reviews and thought this would be perfect for my place. If you like a real hard futon then you're in luck. It doesn't have any real give to it when you're sleeping on it. Also if your taller then 5'8 your not going to be able to stretch completely out without your feet hanging over the edge. Also two people can fit but it's a real tight squeeze. If you're looking for something temporary then this would be an okay purchase.

Not quite what I wanted

the futon when its in 'couch' form is great. but when you lay it flat and lay on the wrong side it flips over with the added wieght. (im only 130 pounds at most and it still flips over if im laying on the wrong side.) it needs extra collapsible legs to support the top part when its in 'bed' form.

I got one of this items from Walmart before and I must say it was better( thicker  the back and the seat). THIS MAINSTAYS FULTON WAS 149.00 back in June BUT NOW ITS 198.00 AND IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Next time I will be force to look some where else.

sure would be nice if the legs came with it.. now I just have it on the floor. if anyone is actually reading this, please send me the legs 😭 box is destroyed so there is no returning it.

I had bought one before and loved it. My currebt place is small so I got this product again only this time highly disappointed. It was not worth the $214 and change I paid for it. Pieces were misshaped. I thought I had done something wrong. Took it apart three times just to see when it was made someone was slacking cause nothing fit with the other. Due to misblanace i kept falling off of it. I regret not just buying a matteress instead. Better then this misshaped lump of a mess.
