Nice futon for a first home, apartment,or dorm. It is perfect for higher floor apartments since it comes in 2 pieces. It is firm for sitting, which is great for those with back pain. It looks nice. The gray color is as shown and expected. It is super easy to assemble. It has no odors, which is a bonus. The one and only con is it does sit a little lower to the floor, so may not be ideal for tall folks. I am 5' 6" and can get up pretty easily.

This is a great futon, especially for the price! Everything was packaged very well. Assembly was a breeze. The quality is great. Sizing wae perfect for us. It is being used in my kid's game room.  Very impressed with this for the price!

Awesome futon!

Honestly gonna buy a second one, its so comfortable, even in pain i was able to put it together in less than 30 minutes. I love taking naps. I love that it can be adjusted multiple ways for comfort. Ive moved it to every different room in my apartment and its so easy. It fits everywhere.

Perfect for what we needed. Assembly was easy and it's a great option if you have a smaller space but still like having people over!  Very convenient for guests to sleep on.

This sofa bed is exactly as described, color, and appearance in picture. It is very comfortable, soft, and great to sleep/lay down on. This sofa bed fits me and my living space perfectly but you may want to consider the length and height of the sofa if you're over 5',3" and depending on weight so I read on details other than that I am enjoying my sofa bed with memory foam so it says.😴😊

Great looking, and a really nice addition in my mom's sewing room! Now, she has a much needed extra bed in her home that is used every night!

This couch is super comfortable and easy to put together. It took about 10 minutes start to end. The material is also made of faux suede and looks great in black.

If the futon was about a foot longer on each side it would be a perfect fit for larger and taller folks.

Overall, you would be hard-pressed to find anything of comparable quality at this price.

Comfortable

It's perfectly in the place of our RV camper slide. I like that it can be a couch reclined or a bed. I also like that the arms come up.
It has a nice, grey, velour, but unfortunately it does not have zippers were you can add more cushion. I decided to plsce a  one inch piece of foam on the seats and not the back as I don't want to lose the depth of the seat but need a little extra cushion. 
I've covered it with an easy to wash cover.
Technically, it's two, one seated, futons that are joined together in the middle with two legs, one in the front and one in the back.  the legs each have 2   screw holes, one on the left section and on eon the right section. i question how long it will hold up before stripping out. This couch cannot be placed against the wall and recline. It must be pulled out from the wall to recline.
As others have stated, it is not truly 72 inches as my spot is only 71 and you can see there's room on either side. it measures 66 straight across.

Love the look of the dark blue and very impressed with the ease of switching from sofa to bed, and the adjustable arms are an additional perk. However, the mattress itself is a lot harder than I thought it would be.

Hard mattress

Wanted to like it and tried giving it a chance but the cushion you sit is on is too thin that hurts. Not just due to the random uncomfortable grooves but if you accidentally put a bit of pressure on it like your knee to adjust the head into a bed position, you can feel the metal frame hit your kneecap which hurts.
The grooves all around make it extremely uncomfortable not just for sitting but sleeping. There are two long lines that go down width wise too so when you're trying to lay on it you have to be in a very specific spot if you're a side sleeper otherwise it is painful to lay on. 
I got tired of having to adjust my position both sitting and sleeping just to find the right specific spots it isn't painful to be on. 
Gave it 2 stars only because it's better than a fake leather type one I've tried from Walmart.
