I had high hopes for this as it seems like it would be a great pillow. It comes folded and vacuum packed to save on packaging. Also came with a carry bag for traveling, care instructions, and just felt like quality all around.
The instructions recommended 6-8 hours for the pillow to rest and get back to its original shape. Unfortunately 3 days later I had to return it, as the pillow was still flat and creased and never regained any shape. Possible that it was just the one I received had been sitting around stored for too long.
Saving on packaging and shipping materials is nice and environmentally friendly etc but it seems doing so for a memory foam pillow might not have been the best place to do so.

Nice product, never got to experience it.

Unfortunately these pillows did not fluff up so there is no way to use them or rate their quality

Reality vs. Expectation

The two pillows purchased, of which remained thin with the large folds in the center. They have never thickened and gained volume. A big zero and a waste of time to deny to get reimbursed!

Don't bother buying these pillows!  They have been compressed for so long that they only expand to maybe 2 inches.  They are folded in half, and then compressed.  The pillow doesn't expand high enough to plump up the fold in the pillow.  Very disappointed that this old stock of pillows weren't just written off by the manufacturer as a loss.

They came vacuum packed. Folded in half and very flat. This instructions said to leave them out and they would regain their shape. They did not. 5 days later, They are still flat and not usable. Do not waste your money

Do not buy on line

They came vacuum packed. According to the instructions if I left them for a few hours they would attain/regain their shape. After 5 days they are still flat. Not usable. Done waste your money.

Do NOT buy

It came vacuum compression, packed and said. Leave it out for 6 hours to gain shape and after 20:04 hours. It has not gained shape and it is like a flat pancake of a pillow.
