I ordered this specific robe because the description says it is terrycloth and the photo shows a robe with a textured finish, which is what a true terrycloth bathrobe looks like. The item I received has a smooth finish. If I could post a photo of the texture of my robe and place it beside the one in the ad, the difference would be obvious. Everyone who felt the robe when I received it said that it is NOT a bath robe but it IS a housecoat. Since I still have my old TERRYCLOTH bath robe it was very easy to compare it against the one I received. If I were to put this robe on after getting out of the shower, it would stick to me and would not absorb any moisture. I am returning this robe.
