Was easy to install, came with everything I needed

Very easy to use because of the magnetic latch design. Different spray setting also very easy to select. Had it installed by the maintenance guy in our apartment. Took him all of 10 minutes or less!

Great shower attachment

This product had all the features I wanted. Switches between spray options with easy to use button and magnetix docking is a breeze. Easy to install. Have been using it for several months.

The only downside is the limited finishes. I am moving to a new home where the shower fixtures are oil rubbed bronze finish. I would love to replace the shower head with this product but it is not available in anything but the Chrome and brushed nickel. Not worth the time and cost of replacing all the fixtures in the bath just to get this handheld.

i have been searching for a handheld shower wand that was attractive for the master bathroom, but at a decent price and easy to use. I read user reviews of this product and it met all my requirements. This had to be the easiest showerhead install I've ever done and it was almost literally done in 5 minutes.

The magnet is so powerful you just get the wand near the magnet and it grabs it.

Changing the spray pattern at a touch of a button could not be easier.

I finally found a handheld shower head that looks good, and the dog enjoyed her shower bath and she wasn't fighting me to get out, possibly enjoying the massaging spray I used on her.

exactly what I wanted

Purchased and installed sometime in November of last year and in early March the following year, we started noticing water splashing against our tile behind the shower head. Seemed like a decent purchase for a good price compared to others out on the market. It's got a clean look and worked well (until it didn't). Disappointed that the quality of material is just not there.

In less than 6 months…leaky showerhead

We've removed every part that we can think of to get more pressure and still it isn't up to what it should be. I'll see how it does when I take a shower later, but not happy at all at the moment. I'm not in a state that requires water conservation and I don't like having to settle for a trickle of water to shower in. That just makes shower time longer and won't conserve anything.

Pressure too low

I bought this head a month ago and tried it out immediately. On the first use I noticed that only two of the 6 functions worked properly. When the function with all jets active or with the larger jets active were used, it looked like an old man peeing in the toilet. Now the first thing someone might say is that you don't have the necessary water pressure to which I would say that my low pressure in my house is about 60 psi. So, rather than take it back I did a little online snooping and found that I wasn't the only one with this problem. A few of the reviews mentioned the water saving restrictor and that removing it helped. So, pliers in hand I removed the restrictor and bang, much better performance. Now, at least all of the water hits me when I engage all of the jets.

Pressure Problems

Plastic pieces. Very low water pressure. Leaks from other holes when you change spray setting. Terrible.
