Quality image. Easy to set up. Uses the Geeni app. Mounted on my hall ceiling so I can monitor and record my front door, living room and back door when I travel. Has night vision too.

A great little camera. Works beautifully. Picture quality is amazing. Even has two-way communication. And night vision. Easy to connect on the Geeni app. Even lets you know when the camera picks up movement. I like it.

Merkury wifi pan-and-tilt 1080p camera.

This camera paired easy with my wifi. I heard theres problems with these new modems but it was simple. Love the app its exactly what i wanted.

Canera

I've been using this for a few months now. It performs as advertised and you get good quality for the price.. BUT…. I've run into a couple issues that I'm jot happy with. 1) the noise it makes when the camera moves while tracking someone sounds like your phone vibrating on a table, it's not quiet if you're in the same room. 2) the memory card I purchased separately seems to be having issues. Sandisk extreme 128gb. Every few weeks the camera will no longer record and tell me the card needs to be formatted, which then freezes the app if allowed to do so. Turning off the unit and restarting it seems to be a temporary fix. Card feels hot to touch.

Good for the price but not perfect

Wish it had more feature like zone motion detection and that tracking sensor would sense 360°.  But other than that it's good.

I bought this Merkury Smart Wi-Fi Camera thinking it would be a reliable and affordable home security option. What a mistake.

The camera completely stopped working after just over a month of light use. No power issues, no physical damage — it just went offline and never came back. I tried everything: resetting it, power cycling, switching outlets, using a different adapter — nothing worked. The night vision lights come on, but the camera is totally unresponsive.

I contacted Merkury Innovations customer support with all the details and proof of purchase. No response. Nothing. It's been days and still silence. If your product fails after a few weeks, at least stand behind it and reply to your customers.

I regret this purchase and will not be buying anything from this brand again. There are far better, more reliable smart camera brands out there with support teams that actually care.

Save your money and look elsewhere.

Broke After a Month — Zero Response from Customer

Terrible product. I wanted something to point out the window at night and record with night vision anything in the back yard, without having to turn on external lights. This product has night vision but the blinding reflection of it's IR light off the window only gives you a white screen, NO VIDEO OF OUTSIDE! Why don't they tell you this on the box before you buy it?
