We own quite a few Merkury products and love them. They're easier to connect than some other brands, and integrate well with our alexa. The app is super easy too.

We bought the strip lighting and put it under our cabinets. It looks amazing, color options are great, can set a timer so they come on and off at night. Only complaint is you only get 4 little plastic hangers to hold it up (the sticky back doesn't hold), which sucks when we had to do a couple bends up and around our cabinets. Plus the sticker on the power module didn't hold either but we fixed that with a Command strip. 

For the price, super pleased. Will buy more for around the house!

Undecabinet lighting that's cheap and pretty

This LED smart strip is amazing, it adds a cool ambiance to my computer desk!
I love the feature that you can schedule the ON/OFF timing

The price is right

I really like how is work but however it only require 2.4 gigahertz in order to activate it through a Wi-Fi and it is NOT compatible with a 5GHz Wi-Fi. I am somewhat not satisfied

It is good...

Bought it 2 months ago. Put the stripe under the countertop at my kitchen. A month after the stripe fell down. The lights works well, I don't have any issues with them however, the addhesive tape is terrible. Contacted support couple of times, no one has answered me. I don't recomend that product.

Does not stick to the surface

To connect and control the led strip via wifi you have to agree to the privacy policy, That policy states the Geeni app will have full access to all of your phone contents, including contacts, emails, messages and photographs! I flat out refuse such access and called them as they ask you to do that and not to return this to the store, They told me to return it because you cannot set it up without granting full access.

This app is far too intrusive and I will never accept such a privacy policy.

Read the privacy policy with care!

I bought 2 of these strands as I needed to cover a larger section. I chose these as the side of the box and description clearly states that you can connect multiple strips together with the INCLUDED connector. 

Spoiler alert: There is no such connector in the box. Neither box I purchased had this mythical connector included.

Missing a key feature thats listed on the box.

I bought 2 of these, primarily due to the claim both on the box and in the description that you could connect 2 of these strips together with an included connector.  THIS IS NOT THE CASE.  Support basically just said "Sorry" and that was it.  Very unhappy with my purchase as a result.

It works but very poor customer service!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! terrible tape that instantly came off, the power remote doesn't come with any instruction and this stupid led strip can only connect to 2.4g internet. Terrible product
