Usefulness

had a great experience with my Merkury Smart device. The setup process was simple and quick, and the app was easy to use. The camera works well and provides clear video quality. For the price, it offers excellent value and reliability. I would definitely recommend Merkury Smart products to others looking for affordable smart home devices.

Great Experience

Merkury Smart

I don't have much money so when I heard Mercury offered free surveillance, I definitely wanted to try it out and it works amazing. There are features that do not work with the free service and sometime soon, I would like to try a paid plan. But for now it works great, notifies me when someone walks up or drives up , comes right to my phone no matter where I'm at. Thanks Mercury you guys are awesome.

Auto-Tracking Indoor Cam

This camera is great quality and works very well just about do anything u want it to do you can record play back videos if y missed them this camera will not let you down only thing wrong is when you be at work you can't see anything while you are there

I absolutely love this little camera, especially living in a high crime area. It's wonderful to be able to visually see here and respond back to someone without opening the door. I feel so much safer knowing that me and my daughter have this. I thank God for this I highly recommend.

I like about this product because it is very affordable easy to install and connect to internet and phone instantly. I can view my home inside and out side while I am at work or on vacation. It much cheaper than ring door and not need to charge the battery.

This auto-tracking camera exceeded my expectations for the price. Setup through the app took only a couple of minutes, and the Wi-Fi connection has been rock solid. The motion tracking follows movement smoothly across the room without lagging, and the video quality is crisp during both daytime and night vision. Two-way audio comes through loud and clear, motion alerts are prompt, and having local SD card storage without being forced into an expensive monthly subscription is a huge plus. Excellent value for reliable home monitoring!

My auto tracking cams are great but I wish there were a option to manually record a video clip in different time spans like a, 1min clip or 5 min clip or even just the option to change that. instead of just a 30 sec clip. Also more toggle options available on the player dashboard would be nice and maybe fix the way you reset the detection zone image.

Great

I love my camera but one problem is theres a clicking sound when im watching it on my phone like my cameras night vision is flipping on and off. The second and most annoying, I inserting an SD card and I still cannot get it to record activity when there's motion. Other than that its good, picture is great, looks great.

Mixed emotions.

I never got the webcam to work properly. It would connect for five seconds the disconnect. Extremely frustrating and after resetting it several times I gave up then returned it.

Never worked properly, returned a few days later

The app wasted my time for a few hours. Going in loops trying to just connect my iPhone to the camera. I gave up and returned it after 2 days and no success.

Bad app, never worked for me
