Security camera outdoor x2

Good

I am not able to get this smart lightbulb camera to even pair with my phone in order to see what the picture looks like. I have tried it in multiple places and still no luck. I have perfect internet in my home and it is still not pairing. Also I don't know what category to try. Is it under lighting or camera because there isn't a lightbulb camera category. I've tried both and nothing is working. All I get is the lightbulb camera pairing light blinking. Nothing after that…needless to say, I'm not a happy camper at this point and time.

Can't get it paired to work
