Beautiful doll, and has really long soft hair, great for hair play. She comes with an extra tail that can be switched out for a different look, so it seem like 2 dolls in 1. She also comes with a clothes rack so you can hang up all the extra clothing pieces from your dolls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Mermaze mermaid fashion fins doll about a week ago. My granddaughter was so excited! She absolutely loves it. It has a little clothes rack, hangers and extra clothes. I would recommend this product to my friends and family members.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had received this last week.  My granddaughter loves it the Mermaid Mermaze doll. It's tail changes color when submerged in water plus the Finns help it  to stand.  It's a beautiful doll. I think I might buy another one for my granddaughter, they have a couple different Mermaid Mermaze dolls.

Good product!!

Even though this doll is beautiful in terms of face, eyes, style, and hair, she has a few issues that make her a huge disappointment. 

My advice is to BUY ORRA INSTEAD OF MORRA. For a similar or cheaper price, you can get a MUCH better doll with a sturdy and beautiful tail and body and much more posing options. Just higher quality all around. 

This doll is NOT worth the price, even at a discount.

The issues: 
-SHE CANNOT HOLD HERSELF UPRIGHT. When you pose her torso in an upright position so that she can stand on her tail, her body slides backward because her hair is too heavy. This doll was not tested for balance at all, and as a result, it's impossible for her to stand upright without assistance or moving her hair in front of her arms. It's frustrating and makes her almost impossible to display, especially because she DOES NOT come with a stand. This issue is the same with both of her tail options and both tailfins. 
-Some of her clothing pieces DO NOT FIT. The pink crop-top, which is an adorable piece, is TOO SMALL FOR HER BODY, so it is completely useless as a clothing item and is just junk. It doesn't fit on other Mermaze dolls either. What a waste. 
-Color changing DOES NOT WORK. Her eye makeup will change to black and faint stars will appear on her cheeks above her freckles, but her lipstick does not change, and overall, the makeup change is not like the box art at all. Extremely misleading promotional pictures. 
-Her hair DOES NOT change to "mostly black" like it appears on the promo pics, either. There are a few strands of black mixed in with the pink hair and that's it. You can't transform her hair to appear mostly black. 

Less critical issues: 
-She has very poor posing ability in her head and neck area, and her hands and arm are less pose-able than other Mermaze dolls as well. Just a flimsier feeling and very few posing options. 
-Overall, her whole body and both her tails have a lighter and flimsier feel than other Mermaze dolls, likely due to the design of the interchangeable tails. She feels lighter and less sturdy. 
-The other items in her set are flimsy as well, including the plastic clothing rack and her fur-trimmed "jacket" - it's really just a very thin sheet of flimsy non-fabric material and not really a jacket at all. 

Now for some positives: 
-Her accessories are exceptional (sunglasses, armband, wristband, earrings, and necklace) - cute, detailed, creative, and look awesome on her. Sturdy and easy to remove and put on other dolls.
-Her eyes and face overall are really cute with beautiful makeup
-Despite being flimsy, her tails are beautifully detailed and unique.

WARNING: Beautiful doll with a few BIG issues

So let's start off with the tracking being updated with delivered. This was on Tuesday however it was not delivered. I called Walmart and FedEx and they were supposed to be looking into it and told me to wait 1 to 2 days and see if it got delivered and if not, then they would refund or Send another one. On Wednesday the tracking changed from delivered to delivered given to customer signature service not requested. Now on Thursday, I finally received the package tore completely open, and the original packaging of the item was also tore. To me it looks like someone either wanted to see what was inside or they went ahead and took it and when there was no proof of delivery, they shoved it back in there and returned it. I've had three packages delivered before this one and one package delivered after with all of them having picture proof of delivery. None of which looked to be damaged or tore in any way, shape, or form. I suggest FedEx start looking into who they hire a little better, or require picture proof with every delivery, and if not delivered with picture proof, and it comes up missing they be terminated from their position with the company. Every year around Christmas for the past three years I've had something get lost in transit, not delivered, and now delivered two days later than it said it was delivered while also being damaged.

FedEx has gone downhill.! Do better!

This doll seems poorly made. Her hair (while beautiful) is so heavy her head just flops around to the point I'm concerned it's going to fall off. One tail is difficult to put on and the other one falls off constantly.
