Comfort

Very comfortable, seemingly well made.  Sizing consistent with my other Merrells.   I would deduct 1/2 star, if I could, for the ridiculously long (60”) laces, which I promptly replaced with 45” ones that were hard to find in grey.

Almost perfect…

Merrell

I have fairly wide feet, but not enough to warrant a full size change from a normal width shoe. If you, like me, need a stable shoe because you are tired of twisting your ankles in Nikes, look no further. The solo luxe is comfortable, breathable, and versatile. It has a solid base, stylish coloring and is made for nature trails. I would only express caution on ice or slick rock/pavement, cause it's not as grippy as a true hiking shoe in the sole.

I'm buying Merrill's from now on

I work at a 1200 acre camp each summer and these shoes were up to the challenge! Rain, mud, sand, you name it they remained as comfortable as the first day I put them on. Also so many compliments on the shoe by fellow camp colleagues!

Excellent shoe

Extremely comfortable shoe, have not taken off road yet but around town the are great. Not to heavy, not to light, not to warm but not to cool. Like baby bear porridge, just right. Only complaint is the laces are a tad bit long.

Just right

This is my second pair of Solos and this new pair is comfortable and looks great! The first pair is still going strong after six years of normal wear, even though the tread is completely gone. Highly recommend!

Awesome Shoes!

Light, comfy and funky!  I love those Solo Luxe 2!  The heel  feels strong and the soles are thick and feel light at the same time.  Perfect for my everyday walks and long hour at work.

I purchased these because they fell under the the category of 'slip-on' shoes just like the mocs you sell. They are not anywhere close to being easy to get on and off. Nice shoe otherwise.

Slip-on?

Had previous versions of this shoe and the build quality was way better. The leather upper on this version is very shaggy and doesn't look good. Merrill shoes keep getting more expensive with lower quality.

Perfect heavy duty and stylish, comfortable and durable.

It's heavier than it looks and quite wide.  If thats your thing then these are for you.. For me not so much.
