These shoes “broke in” after just a few hours of wearing them and I was able to wear them for long days and long walks without any sore spots. They are the perfect everyday shoe for me (I live on the coast and need something that can handle the possibility of rain and rough terrain on any given day)

My everyday Shoes!

Merrell

My shoe size is 7.5. In Merrell, I take a 7.5 if my all toes fit straight on the sole, otherwise I take an 8. So I usually have to try the two sizes. Those shoes were no exception. In this case, as there's plenty of room in the toe box, I took the 7.5. The 8 didn't fit well even with thicker socks because the shoes are wide all over and my feet were not stable. But in other models, like the Antora model, size 8 fits me better. So it depends. I need shoes that keep my big toe straight otherwise my toe hurts. I also need a rather rigid sole. These shoes fit the bill. They're very lightweight and make my feet look smaller. I'm happy to have found leather shoes to protect a little bit from the rain and the wind. These shoes are comfortable right out of the box, they make walking springier and easier. I like the lacing system because it's fast. The support is perfect for high arches. I use these shoes as all purpose shoes, to walk around and do some light hiking.

Lightweight and comfortable

Over 25 years ago I purchased my first pair of leather Merrells. I never went back to any other brands. They lasted for over a decade even after everyday wear. This year I found a similar pair and they don't disappoint. Fits perfectly, it's like wearing your favorite slippers. Quality and comfort what more can you ask for. I purchased a second pair in a different color. Thank you Merrell.

The most comfortable hikers ever. Wore them putting up my Christmas decorations outside going up and down the ladder in the snow and ice and had no problems what so ever.  The shoe bend with no problems. No pinching what so ever.   Excellent comfort.

Best shoe ever

I recently put these shoes to a test during a trip to Norway.  There are many things I love about these shoes.  They look great since they are a little more dressy looking than most hiking shoes.  They held up to the rain during our hikes and provided good support.  The one down side I experienced was a blister that developed on my small toe.  I probably should have broken these in more before the trip.  I'm also going to try them without the support arch as it seems to be a bit stiff for my feet.

Great comfort and support right out of the box. I love these shoes. Would definitely buy again. Fit is as expected.

I'm in love!

I ordered these specifically to take on our trip to Italy in December.  They fit the bill in every way for a good walking and waterproof shoe and were quite comfortable.

Love Siren Traveller 3

These shoes fit well and are most comfortable, offering lots of support and they look good.  Being waterproof is essential in a west coast climate.  My one issue is that they are slippery on flat indoor surfaces, for example if one goes inside with rain slicked shoes.

Merrell is my preferred shoe brand.

Needed a work shoe.  Love the way Merrill fits.  This shoe is a little stiff but it's leather.  It fits well. Size wise I went up a half.  The only downside to this shoe is the support.  There's no cushion or arch support.  I felt like I was flat on hardwood floor.  If there would of been support and some cushion I would of given this shoe a full rating despite how stiff they were.

Good shoe but sole disappoints.

I don't know what's happening, but these are my second pair, same size and sku # and I also purchase 2 pairs of the ankle ones size 9. 
Well, these new pair are killing my feet AND legs, they feel heavier and tighter than my any of my old ones. I've tried just walking short distances and when I come home my feet and knee/legs are sore.

Disappointed
