First, they arrived so quickly. They were a bit stiff, but as I'm wearing them, they're becoming more and more comfortable. Despite being billed as wide, they were a bit tight, but as I wear them, etc. Best parts: good support, fantastic look, and sizing up to a 9 was a good move. I don't know what I'll do if they ever wear out… buy another pair I guess. Since I have trouble finding the correct size and support, they were worth what I paid for them.

Living by a lake in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, my morning walks are often through damp and dewy grasses. My Siren Edge 3 Waterproof sneakers keep my feet dry and comfortable every day.

Dry and Comfortable

These shoes changed my life!  I know that sounds dramatic, but let me explain.  I am a 68 year old woman.  I went hiking about a year and a half ago wearing another brand shoe.  Just a 3 mile round trip hike.  A mile and half up and a mile and half down.  Before I was half way down I was in extreme pain.  The shoes started feeling like they weighed a ton.  There was no flexibility, my right knee started hurting and I ended up limping back to the car.  I was so miserable I was crying.  Not because of the pain, but because I thought that was the end of my hiking days.  After all at my age.  I ended up going to the Dr. And getting a cortisone shot.  After a few months I started feeling better and I thought well maybe I can try it again.  I got an ad on Facebook for these shoes and I started researching.  I decided to give them a try.  I couldn't believe it.  They felt like they were made for me.  I have been hiking every chance I get since.  I would buy these over and over again if I could afford it.  LOL

Made for me

I've had my Sirens for a month or so now and I absolutely love them! I was worried because my feet do run wide and in my experience Merrell have been *very* narrow. I'm very happy that they fit fantastically and I didn't even need to break them in. After only a few hours of wearing them, I wore them on a 4 mile hike and I could barely tell they were still basically new. My feet didn't hurt afterwards and I didn't have a pile of forest inside them. Just more them on another 4 mile hike with more rough ground and my feet are still happy! High recommend these shoes!!

Shoes look and fit good. I needed a wide shoe snd these fit the bill.

Amazing

They are pretty comfortable. I was hoping for a little more arch support and the shoelaces aren't long enough, so I went with a 4-star rating.

Comfortable and waterproof

I have about 10 pairs of Merrell shoes/boots. Always loved them, always good fit and comfortable. These are NOT the same quality at all. I always order wide, and these are so much narrower than my other Merrells. the heels on these shoes are way too short and cause slipping up and down crating frictions and blisters if I wear them walking over an hour. I know they're waterproof, but these are weird and plastic-y material. I have a pair of Antoras that I can't live without - sure wish these were were more like that.
