I can give quality cuts while making 34.5" cabinet returns or side panels with speed and accuracy. The battery life and power are unbelievable! Gives me incredible freedom of finding power outlets and running long extension cords outside. The adjustables on fence and blade are effortless and extremely accurate!!! All finish carpenter's need not want this Metabo battery powered tool for customer satisfaction!!!  35" fence is a game changer for cabinet installation well done Metabo!!!

This is the greatest table saw on the market. I usually say the Dewalt table saw is the one to compare all others and this one has essentially the exact same features along with the ability to run cordless with as much or more power as well as the option to plug in if needed. Very nice saw.

The rip fence feels a little light weight but works flawlessly. I wish there was some more implements for picking up and moving the saw, I have to stop myself from grabbing the stored fence to pick the saw up.

Cordless allows use anywhere

The Metabo HPT cordless 10-inch table saw that I've been using for home renovation and woodworking projects, and overall, it's been a reliable tool in a DIY setting. One of the main reasons I chose it was the cordless design. I don't have a dedicated workshop, so being able to roll it out into the driveway or move it around the house without worrying about cords is a huge plus. The saw runs on a 36V battery, which gives me enough runtime for a day's worth of typical cuts—ripping plywood, cutting framing lumber, or trimming boards for furniture. You can also run it off an AC adapter if you want unlimited runtime, though I've been fine using just the battery. Setting it up wasn't too complicated. It comes with a foldable stand with wheels, which helps if you don't have a permanent workspace. It's a little bulky, but manageable. Once set up, it feels sturdy and stable enough for everything I've thrown at it. The table surface is wide, and the fence slides easily and locks down square. I've used it for ripping 4x8 plywood sheets, 2x4s, and hardwood boards without any issues. The saw has good power and handles most cuts smoothly. It doesn't bog down when cutting pressure-treated lumber or dense wood, which surprised me for a cordless model. The soft start is nice—it doesn't jerk when you turn it on—and the blade brake stops it quickly once you shut it off. There are a few things I've noticed while using it regularly. First, the dust collection isn't great. Even with a shop vac attached, a fair amount of dust still ends up around the saw, especially on longer cuts. Not a deal-breaker, but something to be aware of if you're working indoors. Also, adjusting the blade height and bevel is easy enough, but the knobs don't feel as precise as they could. They get the job done, but you have to check your angles and heights carefully if accuracy matters. I've also found that the miter gauge is pretty basic—it works, but for angled cuts, I usually use a separate crosscut sled for better accuracy. What I've appreciated most is that it's ready when I need it. I don't need to drag out cords or rearrange the garage. It's helped with everything from building a deck to cutting trim boards to making shelves. For someone who's not on a jobsite but wants a capable saw for real projects at home, it's a strong option. It's not perfect, but if you do regular DIY work and want the flexibility of a cordless table saw with solid cutting power, the C3610DRJQ4 is worth considering.

Great saw

Great saw. Love it. Bigger than most job sight saws but that is exactly what I was looking for.

Metabo 36v table saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the optional 36V AC adapter because I intended to use the table saw primarily in my workshop. The saw cannot handle multiple cuts of 3/4" maple without tripping. The adapter has a loud and annoying internal cooling operation which kicks on at random even though the saw is not being used. Because of this I cannot use an automatic vacuum switch in conjunction with the saw. Is there a way to rewire the saw without the ac adapter?

Excellent table saw with major shortcoming

This saw can't rip though a 2x4. It is very frustrating and I've heard nothing from Metabo about my issues. It will die halfway though the rip every time. Even with the a/c adapter. I have to go and buy another table saw because this one can't do its job unfortunately.
