I recently discovered that I have both mutations on the MTFHR gene. I've spent my life suffering from POTS, chronic fatigue, panic attacks, and severe anxiety. My blood work showed that I was completely deficient in folate and B12, even though my diet is high in these vitamins.

I have been struggling my entire life with chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low body temperature, and histamine intolerance. I stopped all pharmaceutical meds over 20 years ago.
