The part works well for the stated purpose, but it is not supplied as shown.  It came in two pieces, rather than four.  I had planned to use the separate round adaptors for installing smaller speakers in the rear, but it didn't come with the separate adaptors.  The plates came with break-off tabs molded into them.  I ended up making my own adapters for the rear.  Good product, just not supplied as shown.
